After dinner: vegan cuisine with Sandra de Jong

On this occasion we had the opportunity to interview Sandra De Jong, co-founder of the vegan food restaurant Roots and Rolls, located in Barcelona.

This establishment presents a unique fusion between Asian tradition and vegan innovation with its 100% "plant-based" dishes, that is, of plant origin.

We spoke with Sandra about finding the ingredients they need to prepare sushi, gyozas and other meals. Roots and Rolls and it is not an easy task, especially when it comes to products of Japanese origin.

 

He also tells us what the beginning of the restaurant was like, emphasizing how important it was to achieve total customer satisfaction in order to grow.
