a new image

The new business, which has taken control of the 850 establishments that McDonald's had in the country, has radically changed its image. To begin with, it has shed the mythical yellow 'm' and has opted for a green circle, a red circle and two orange lines. This new logo emulates a hamburger accompanied by French fries.

The locals continue to maintain the distribution and old aesthetics. However, they have detached themselves from the image of the American chain. On the other hand, Góvor has decided to keep the bulk of the workforce, most of the suppliers and the prices have been decided hold or revise down.

Even so, the company has announced that little by little the situation will normalize and there will be more variety.

As reported by international media such as Reuters, the new company still has in stock Coca-Cola soft drink, despite the fact that this chain has also left Russia. Even so, the new managers have confirmed that they are negotiating with different manufacturers of this drink to be able to distribute said drink in their menu.

A business plan for the future

Aexánder Góvor's plans are to future. The Russian tycoon has been managing around 2015 McDonald's restaurants in franchise mode since 25. But after the agreement with the American chain, the 850 establishments that he has acquired will be opened staggered. During this month it intends to suddenly open 250 stores. Subsequently, it will open between 50 and 100 stores a week to reach the almost thousand that you have in mind to inaugurate.

As part of the agreement signed between the two parties, the Russian businessman will remove the mark Americana of your business, and, as we have pointed out before, keep the workforce. McDonald's and public opinion

The reopening of the new business has been received with conflicting opinions. Some of these customers say the new menu makes them sadly remember McDonald's products. Others point out that the new letter from the Russian firm is much more rich and balanced.

Despite everything, the reopening of the new establishments has been considered an act of national interest and patriotic exaltation. Numerous clients have participated together with the owner of the new chain and different authorities in the ribbon cutting of one of these premises.

In short, the opening of this new chain marks a new era in russia. A time of patriotic exaltation emanated after Putin's decision to invade Ukraine. A clear intention to rival the West and show strength after the departure of numerous companies due to the war. Do you think it will be successful? Russian version of McDonald's?
