Spanish restaurants on the OAD list

Variety, exquisiteness and careful quality of culinary art in Spain are once again represented. With the inclusion of up to 12 main Spanish restaurants on the OAD Top + 100 European Restaurants 2019 list, between the 50 first places. This classification that emerged in 2012 from the mind of its founder, the New York 'gourmet' Steve Plotonicki, ranks the best of all Europe. Featured Spanish restaurants on the OAD list

In this present edition, no country dominates among the top ten classified, since there is quite a variety of nationalities. The best of the old continent has been the venue directed by the former soccer player Bjorn Frantzen, later converted to chef. With his restaurant he has already garnered three Michelin stars. According Plotnicki, perfectly combines the "sensibility of Nordic cuisine with a luxurious dining experience". Perhaps that is why this last recognition has been taken.

Of the Spanish restaurants on the OAD 2019 list, the one who maintains his excellent position from last year is the Etxebarri grill de Victor Arguinzoniz. Third position that confirms his refined art handling this culinary technique of haute cuisine. Then it follows fourth the other national pride among the top ten, the restaurant of Quique Dacosta. This also has in its record with up to three Michelin stars and it was the best of Europe in both 2012 and 2013.

For its part, the restaurant Enjoy, which took first prize in the edition of Spanish restaurants on the OAD 2016 list, has occupied the twelfth position. Founded just five years ago (in 2014), the three chefs trained in the Bulli they achieved great success.
