Ingredients and preparation

Finally, we add the sauce with the butter and cook it for a few minutes so that all the flavors are combined with the homemade ravioli.

Once the dough has rested, we cut it into equal parts and stretch them finely with a roller, on it we spread the filling evenly. Then, we cover them with other pieces of dough. We hold and tighten each one well, mark the ravioli with a ruler carefully so that the filling does not come out. We cook the same for three to four minutes with salt until they are al dente After draining, we recommend serving them with lots of sauce and accompanying it with Parmesan to taste.
