La Fageda launches organic yogurts

La Fageda presents its first range of organic yogurts through a collaboration with the organic food brand natursoy. The launch took place at the Bioculture Fair, in Barcelona. The new organic varieties are: natural, lemon and bifidus, and will be marketed at the state level, through the Natursoy distribution network. The yoghurts are for sale in some 3.000 stores specializing in organic products. 

The Fageda, who are they?

La Fageda was created in 1982, it is located in a room of the Carme de Olot convent ceded by the City Council and it was born as a cooperative by the hand of its founder; Christopher Columbus. In the beginning, its activity was based on work commissioned by other companies. The project began with fifteen people and, today, La Fageda has a team that exceeds the 450 people. The products sold by the company are yogurts and bifidus, jams, ice creams and desserts. They also offer all their products for the hotel and community channel.

 

La Fageda's first launch of organic yogurts together with Natursoy

The brand's new launch is caked with a variety of yogurts made with organic milk, without artificial additives or chemicals who also respect the animal welfare and the environment. all that with the taste of natural farm milk and the texture typical of natural yogurts. With this launch, the brand fulfills its double objective to respond to a booming consumer trend and to do so, moreover, in coherence with the sustainability values that support the origin of what is their social project.

La Fageda has been making yoghurts and dairy desserts for more than 30 years and this is going to be the first time they market three organic yogurt references, with the three new varieties: natural, lemon and bifidus. This initiative arose hand in hand and in collaboration with the organic food brand NATURSOY. And it is that this brand brings an experience of more than 35 years of leadership in a segment of a market with a high growth potential.

With the support of the Natursoy distribution

The launch took place in the context of the Biocultura Fair, which was held in Barcelona last 4, 5, 6 and 7 May 2023. This event presents the latest developments and trends in the sector. It was the ideal moment to present the organic yoghurts, which will be marketed at the state level, through the Natursoy distribution network. The yoghurts will be sold in some 3.000 specialized stores in the nutrition, dietetics and organic products. As a novelty of the brand, the packaging is bilingual.
