The two creators of Devalencia started this business because they wanted to facilitate the consumption of their beloved paella. Their previous experience had nothing to do with restoration. Carlos Martínez studied Art History and rafael baixauli he worked in the furniture industry. They are happy with the results because getting to the point of opening the can and making it smell like paella took a lot of effort.
