This is La Especialista, its most special beer... and not just because of its name. And it is that this beer has been conceived for the most trained palates. So you'll have to guess which two secret spices give this recipe its unique flavor.
This launch is the first edition of 2023 and number 21 in the entire history of Fábrica de Cervezas de Estrella Galicia. With this, the brand invites its consumers, once again, to show that they have "what it takes". In this way, they can play to discover the two secret ingredients by following the instructions that they will find on the sides of the box in which each pack of 4 bottles comes. They can also do so through the social networks of Estrella Galicia. There they will leave clues to help the most distracted palates discover the secret spices, which will be revealed a few days after the launch.
La Especialista is a beer, "one of a kind"
In addition to the two spices that consumers should discover, La Especialista has been brewed with Pilsen malt (69,7%), toasted malt (0,5%), ground corn (29,8%), Nugget and Perle hops. In its preparation, the hot dosed ingredients are incorporated. After storage, it is also incorporated cold during maturation, which lasts for 14 days.
Luis Alvar, Estrella Galicia's master brewer, defines this recipe as “surprising and, of course, special. The secret spices are felt in both taste and smell, and the combination of both will leave the consumer wanting more.
