A widely used product

Vinegar is a word of French origin (sour wine) meaning sour wine. And it is that it is a seasoning obtained through the action of acetic acid bacteria on a hydroalcoholic solution. It can be made from any product that ferments alcohol, be it apple, rice or, obviously, the wine. The Sherry vinager, as its name indicates, is made from Sherry wines.
