Take a day off the beaten track and Cheer up with a papaya, avocado and ham salad. You can consume it as a main dish or as an accompaniment and its preparation is very simple. The ingredients you will need are:

  • Half a bag of mesclun salad
  • 150 gramos de papaya
  • 40 gramos de cucumber
  • 150 gramos de avocado
  • 20 grams of fresh cheese
  • two handfuls of diced ham
  • A handful of walnuts
  • Olive oil
  • Sal Island

Once we have everything required, we cut the cucumber, papaya and avocado. First in fixed slices, while the rest in small cubes. In this same way we cut the fresh cheese, but in smaller cubes.
