The starting season of one of the most consumed foods in the world has already begun, that which in our country is grown in a large part of the peninsula. Now it is the turn of Castilla y Leon with the late potato campaign, typical variety of this community. There, the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock has offered a first preview of what is expected both in production as in Prices. The news is positive, as the forecast is set at 606.929 tons of the tuber, with a 11,62% mores compared to 2018.
