Aunt Rivera presents Respect!, the two new house beers that have been created with sustainability in mind. The project is pioneer in Spain and seeks to reinforce the collaborative commitment of the Galician brand. Undoubtedly, it is one of the concepts of sustainability most interesting to date. Tita Rivera bets on the planet

The new house beers, Respect!, they arrive for combat the exploitation of natural resources. It is a double collaborative project with ekonoke, pioneers in hop cultivation in Spain and with Moa bread, a reference bakery in the Galician capital. The beers are brewed in Chantada and can be consumed in the local of the brand stationed in Madrid, Vigo and A Coruña.

El Respect! de Pan de Moa gives a special focus to the reduction of waste in its production and seeks to focus on recycling. The base of the beer is stale bread who returned every day from the workshop moa bread in Santiago de Compostela. Together with Guillermo Moscoso, La Tita Rivera turns bread into beer in this “liquid bread”. We thus have the first beer made with leftover stale bread in the world.

On the side of ekonoke, the first beer with hops grown without pesticides and using only renewable energy. And it is that in August 2021 the development of hop plants that fight against climate change began. That is why renewable energies were used. The first harvest It was collected this year 2022.

Both beers can be tasted in the premises of Aunt Rivera of Madrid, Vigo and La Coruña, as well as in the premises of WE Sustainability, in A Coruña, supporting the project with their drink.
