These four varieties of Swiss cheeses pair impressively with the gastronomy of the Mediterranean Diet. From the Gruyère AOP, a super laureate cheese and recent winner of the World Cheese Awards that gives us a delicate flavor with a pronounced aroma. The well-known Emmentaler AOP with a silky smooth taste known for its famous holes. The Appenzeller with its aromatic notes reminiscent of Swiss meadows to the refined Tête de Moine AOP that with its flower-shaped cut helps us, even more, to enhance its flavor.
