As well olive leaf, verbena, tarragon, sage and wild juniper from Castellina de Chianti. In this distillate, with the same aromas of wine Chianti, the bitterness of the olive leaf predominates with a spicy aftertaste of tarragon and the freshness of sage.

La Geneva has a second distillation following the method London dry. The alcoholic base is a mixture of Tuscan cereals. With this new gin, marketed for now in Italy, you can not only taste the flavors of the Tuscan land through wine and, to a lesser extent, beer, but now also through distillates.

Moretti highlights that this Geneva "It can also be taken at the end of meals, due to its digestive characteristics that verbena gives it, instead of a grappa." It also proposes it, within a new concept of 'gastronomic cocktail', as a pairing of dishes with wild boar, pork or marinated salmon.
