Blanc de Noir, first monovarietal

A milestone in Bodegas San Dionisio, located in the town of Fountain-Alamo (Albacete), since they have achieved a more than decent bottle to toast at celebrations this year.

It is a fully balanced, complex, bubbly wine with volume on the palate. His total absence of bitterness makes it ideal to pair with all kinds of rice dishes, as well as appetizers from seafood to cheese. East Monastrell sparkling wine it is, without a doubt, very original and fruity.

It stands out for being appreciated in its tasting the notes to stone fruits together with white flowers, a taste sensation that is already present on the nose. Its bubble is creamy and very fine. It appears on a pale yellow liquid with slight emerald reflections.

Behind this product are some old dryland vineyards, aged between 40 and 65 years, located between 700 and 800 meters of altitude. They were harvested at the end of August 2020 to later be able to make this sparkling wine that costs only 8 €.

Monastrell sparkling wine but rosé
