El canary cheese Maxorata Cured PDO Majorero has been prepared by the Ganaderos Fuerteventura Group, being chosen Best Cheese of Spain in the 8 Gourmet Cheeses. This is the championship of The Best Cheeses of Spain 2017.

Among the more than 600 varieties presented, the winners of the 15 categories of the Best Cheese in Spain. These are established according to the elaboration parameters of the cheese.
