This Rose Garden 2018 It has been made with bunches of grapes from organic vineyards planted in Sonoma coast, about ten kilometers from Pacific Ocean. Thus, this marine influence has contributed to the good development of pinot noir, of the vineyards called Mrs. Margarita. This name is a tribute to the mother of Marimar torres. In the aforementioned coastal area of the state of California (USA) the cool breezes and the mists of the sea have been tanning the crop.
In the end, the result of the plantation has been very positive, with a high density of the vineyard translated into low yields but offset by the quality of the grapes. Those who have enjoyed a greater balance and concentration, as well as more refined and elegant aromas. The mixture with the yeast from the vineyard itself has resulted in a fine and elegant wine from Marimar Torres.
