All of them presented at the Agramunt Stone Nougat and Chocolate Fair (Lleida) where they also presented a giant nougat measuring more than 8 meters.

Among the new creations, a sweet and a savory preparation stands out. On the sweet side, they present a nougat fruit of the agreement with the alliance with Perfetti Van Melle. It is a delicious preparation of almond, cream and strawberry praline with crunchy Chupa Chups and is also coated with white chocolate and ruby ​​chocolate.

On the salty side, they surprise us with an Iberian ham nougat, the result of an agreement with Enrique Tomás. This nougat is made with an almond praline and a crunchy ham that will surprise all nougat lovers. Without a doubt, it will also serve to incorporate lovers of the most tasty and salty things into the world of nougat.

The ideas of Torrons Vicens together with Albert Adrià

It continues the already well-known and successful collaboration of Torrons Vicens with chef Albert Adrià. This time Adrià's creation will provide two great elaborations. On the one hand, the Nut Cream Nougat and on the other, the Mandarin and Yuzu Nougat.

Six other proposals have also been added to the novelties presented this year at the Agramunt Stone Nougat and Chocolate Fair. The Pure Cocoa Nougat, the Lychee and Raspberry Nougat with Rose Petals, the Coconut Praline Nougat with Pineapple Sweets, the Creamy Coconut Nougat with Crispy Coconut, the Strawberry Millefeuille Nougat with Cream and the Banana and Chocolate Nougat.
