Zaragoza brings together the knowledge of Sustainable Gastronomy

La Sustainable Restaurants Foundation organizes, within the framework of Zaragoza as the Ibero-American capital of Sustainable Gastronomy, the Symposium on Sustainable Restoration and Circular Economy.

A unique meeting in Zaragoza, where sustainability, circular economy and the role of restoration as a protective ecosystem of social relations will be discussed. From the local to the general, from the concrete to the ideological. Taking care of the sector in terms of listening, integration and application. A great opportunity for all restaurateurs in Spain and especially in Aragon to find out about the trends in sustainability that will mark the new ways of working in restaurants and that are already having an impact on society and the restaurant customer.

5 Michelin stars, 1 Michelin Green star and 9 Repsol suns sharing knowledge in Zaragoza on sustainable gastronomy

A panel starring national and international gastronomy leaders in our country, as well as restaurateurs who are leading sustainability in the Aragonese territory. Various topics will be debated and discussed at the 4 round tables, with 20 professionals on stage and dozens of excellent professionals in the seats. A perfect opportunity to develop synergies, mark strategies and create and develop a sustainability ecosystem in restoration that will undoubtedly mark its future.

Thus, this coming Monday Zaragoza will be the Capital of Sustainable Ibero-American Gastronomy with a morning session to share and disseminate the different projects and practices carried out by restaurateurs. All with the aim of serving as a reference or inspiration for more restaurants to join this path and demonstrate that Aragonese restaurants have many conscious, responsible professionals involved in working for a more sustainable gastronomy.

The Sustainable Restaurants Foundation has made this possible thanks to the collaboration of the GastroAlianza Association, LEANpio, the Ibero-American Academy of Gastronomy and the support of the Zaragoza City Council, which have facilitated the organization of the symposium of the Sustainable Restaurants Foundation. The event puts Zaragoza on the map to disseminate knowledge to all Ibero-American restoration.
