Son Alegre is a young winery that after more than a hundred years has recovered vine cultivation for these lands of Mallorca. With international and indigenous varieties and always respecting nature, cultivating organic and with a bio dynamic spirit.
These varieties include Chardonnay, Giró ros, Sirah, Callet, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malvasía and small grain Muscat.
The cultivation is carried out in an ecological way, not entering heavy machinery or tilling. Respecting the surrounding herbs and their ecosystem in which birds, insects, worms, etc. live. The roots of the herbs also structure and oxygenate the soil and make it possible to seek harmony with the environment. Phytosanitary treatments are scarce and when they are carried out they are done with small contributions of sulfur and copper sulfate.

Olive trees are also grown on the farm following the same philosophy of organic farming. An excellent Arbequina variety oil is extracted from this.
