Cocuus has created 3D printed bio ribeye from meat cells achieving an analogous look and taste not dissimilar to a real cow ribeye. For now, technology allows these foods to be created from cells or meat by-products. However, Cocuus' team is studying together with the CNTA (National Center for Food Safety and Technology) in creating a second version of 3D foods: from pea protein.

This Monday the oysters were presented for the first time in the conference «Navarre agribusiness today, healthy and sustainable food tomorrow»Organized by the Government of Navarre in collaboration with NAGRIFOOD (Agrifood Cluster of Navarra) and CNTA. The company has already won several awards for its innovative work, both at the European level and at the national and regional level.
