The action is part of the Andalucía Sabor Gastronomic Congress and
proposes a journey through the cuisine of the eight Andalusian provinces
From next Friday the 15th to Sunday the 17th, the Muelle de la Sal in Seville hosts the Avenida del Sabor, an action that is part of the promotion of the Andalucía Sabor Gastronomic Congress (to be held at Fibes II from the 25th) , and which consists of a journey through 12 destinations in which Andalusian restaurants will offer, at popular prices, a tasting of dishes and products from each of the Andalusian provinces. Five of these destinations will be in Seville as this is the venue for this congress, while the remaining seven will be occupied by as many restaurants, one from each Andalusian province. There will also be a space in which the Association of Women Cooks (Amuco) will also offer their creations.
In four other additional spaces, visitors will be able to taste wines of different figures of differentiated quality accredited in Andalusia and Andalusian beers as a pairing and, finally, there will be an area of activities related to gastronomy, especially live cooking actions.
On Avenida del Sabor, which will be open to the public on Friday and Saturday between 20.00:12.00 p.m. and midnight and on Sunday between 17.00:25 p.m. and 27:XNUMX p.m., information will also be offered on the VI Andalucía Sabor Gastronomic Congress to be held at Fibes II between September XNUMX and XNUMX, under the motto 'From the interior to the Andalusian coast. A journey through the geography of flavor'. The event will feature presentations and workshops that will bring together great Andalusian and national chefs, as well as the new generations of Andalusian chefs.
