The registration period is now open to participate in the seventh edition of the Creative Cooking Contest with Granadas de Elche organized by the Protected Designation of Origin of Granada Mollar de Elche, the sponsorship of Cajamar, VisitElche and the collaboration of the gastronomic blogger Carolus Cocina and Susi Díaz, from the La Finca de Elche restaurant.

Registrations can be made until January 12, 2018 by sending an email to granadaselche@gmail. Subsequently, the jury will choose a maximum of 4 finalists who will have to cook their dish in the grand finale that will be held on January 30 at La Finca de Susi Díaz Restaurant
