Estrella Galicia reinterprets a classic with La Bitter

Fábrica de Cervezas Estrella Galicia announces the launch of its twenty-second recipe. This time it is a limited edition that comes with great new features and a marked flavor, with its own style. A beer experience full of contrasts. Softness and bitterness come together, creating a bitter with own style. Thus, the brand reinterprets a classic British recipe that now combines with its innovative canned format nitro. The result is a light beer with a low alcohol content, but that does not give up the intense flavor or the most delicious foam: La Bitter.

“We wanted to create a surprising beer, that is smooth but strong. To do this, we have adapted the style bitter. In addition, we have given it our touch, adding nuances that make it more interesting and complex,” says Luis Alvar, Estrella Galicia's brewmaster. “The result is a beer that is sweet at first and gives way to a soft bitterness. With the format nitro, we provide strength, body and a creamy foam. All of this gives it an irresistible texture and makes it very easy to drink.”

The Bitter with an innovative format for a slightly bitter taste

For this limited edition, Fábrica de Cervezas Estrella Galicia has opted for innovation, both in flavor and format. In this way, the Bitter comes in a can nitro, instead of in a bottle. This format incorporates a widget that retains the nitrogen added in the packaging and releases it when the can is opened. This creates a silky foam that makes it perfect for living an experience very close to that of casting a rod.

Beer Factory once again demonstrates that it has “what it takes”, and dares with the new version of a traditional flavor to which it adds the non-conformist touch that characterizes the brand. “With La Bitter we demonstrate, once again, our innovative spirit. It also breaks beer boundaries, offering our version of a British pub classic. A recipe that will surprise you with its extraordinary contrasts. Because of its incredible texture and its innovative format,” says Luis Romero, brand manager of Fábrica de Cervezas Estrella Galicia.
