Many brewers will be familiar with the name of Yakima Valley, because it comes from the valley of the state of Washington en United States. It is one of the largest hop production areas in the world along with New Zealand. So what better name for a beer that is so hoppy and uses these hops of American origin.

What is the Yakima Valley like?

It is a beer of the style American IPA with fruity, citrus, floral and somewhat spicy aromas. It is made with beer malts Pilsen and some rye. This gives it more creaminess and durability than the foam.

Its aroma is intense but softened by the freshness of the hops. Also somewhat astringent with a typical bitterness present in this family of beers. With a Golden colour somewhat off, his alcohol level is 6,1%. In short, a IPA beer from San Miguel very balanced.
