How has it been produced?

It is a beer from high fermentation or Ale. Barley and wheat malts have been used in the production. The hops are of the Czech variety Sweet and yeasts of the Ale type have been used. In addition to the classic ingredients, they have been incorporated during potatoes representing the cheeks. And, of course, several kilos of certified Galician octopus, previously frightened, as tradition dictates, and cooked in water.

To finish the production and already in the maturation part of the beer, it has been added sweet and spicy paprika. This octopus beer It has the collaboration of local suppliers such as Pescados y Mariscos del Noroeste. These have provided the 100% native Galician octopus used in the recipe of the beer experts.
