“For the production of these oils, we have expressly developed an artisan production system that follows the strictest quality controls and protocols. Selected spices - without chemicals or additives - are imported raw, to maintain their aromas and flavors.

When they arrive at the oil mill, they are ground in a special mill and then their powder is introduced into small cellulose sacks that are immersed in the extra virgin oil for several days, giving the Arbequino all its aromas and flavors.
