The Ambar brewery has produced a new beer. We are referring to the Ambiciosa Azahar beer a beer made with oranges from the Palacio de la Alegría, a place of pride for the Aragonese and a World Heritage Site.
With the oranges from the garden of the Aljafería Palace, also known as the Palace of Joy, Ambar has brewed more than just a beer. Ambitious Azahar de la Aljafería, as it is called, is a beer made with oranges from the wonderful garden.
Ambar has also used other varieties of oranges in the production to seek excellence in the product. In this way, a balanced, very aromatic and silky beer is achieved. A special beer that with its bitterness, provided by oranges and hops, makes it a very versatile beer. As the brewmaster explains, the most special thing comes with the aroma since its fresh notes are discovered.
Ambitious of Ambar collects the essence of the history of Aragon
In addition to being a great product, the beer has a lot of Aragonese sentiment, since it includes a good part of the history of Aragon. As they explain from Ambar "Each of the 100.000 bottles of this limited edition symbolically express the popular will that comes out of this emblematic and historic place in Aragon." commented Enrique Torguet, Director of Communication, Institutional Relations and ESG at Ambar.
For his part, the president of the Parliament of Aragon, Javier Sada, has expressed: “After 1000 years, the flavor of the Aljafería will be able to be shared through a drink as popular as beer. It is the door to the celebrations of the XL anniversary of the institution and the XXV of the last great remodeling of this palace that shows what we are”.
