The President of the Royal Academy of Gastronomy announced, last Friday, June 15, at a press conference, the names of the winners of the 43rd edition of its National Gastronomy Awards. In this way, they recognize the work of the best professionals who are linked to the gastronomic sector during 2017.

The nominees for the National Gastronomy Awards were chosen last May. The Jury was made up of the Boards of Directors of the Royal Academy of Gastronomy. Also for his Association of Friends and the Brotherhood of the Good Table. Likewise, there were the Presidents of the Autonomous Academies of Gastronomy. In this way, their secret ballot was carried out before a notary, sending their proposals to the notary's office of Mrs. Isabel Estapé.

So, at the Royal Academy of Gastronomy we are celebrating. Our winners too. Congratulations to all of you for making our country one of the most important gastronomic scenes in the world.
