Pazo de Señorans, perseverance and quality

The philosophy of this winery belonging to the DO Rías Baixas is based on the strict quality of all its products and the search for the maximum expression of the albariño For this reason, it makes all its wines with this variety, as well as an albariño pomace and herbs brandy. The wines of Pazo de Señorans have been, from their first vintages, among the best rated and recognized by national and international critics.

Pazo de Señorans presents Selección de Añada 2010, a white wine that reflects the deep expression of the noble Albariño variety, typical of the Rías Baixas, and its high storage potential. The high temperatures recorded in September allowed the 2010 harvest to be optimal. The grape reached balanced acidity levels and graduations. In addition to allowing magnificent vintage rhythms in a campaign that lasted between the second week of September and mid-October.

Pazo Señorans wine

Made in excellent vintages, this albariño de pago is born on the Los Bancales estate, from a vineyard over 45 years old planted on soil xabre (chalky clay). It has a breeding of more than 30 months on lees and a bottle aging of more than a year. This gives the wine a large volume in the mouth, something very characteristic of this wine, considered one of the best Albariños by national and international critics.

It is a wine that stands out for its notes of ripe fruit and stone fruit, with a high and significant intensity. Thus, it is accompanied by a great profusion of aromas of mineral and tertiary memories of aging on the lees. A great volume and body that leaves a long mark on the palate from beginning to end.
