175.00 French restaurants will report on their home-made sets

With this measure, the more than 175.000 establishments that serve food in France will inform diners whether the set is homemade or not.

All this at a time when fifth-range foods and dishes are increasingly common in many establishments. Fifth-range foods are all those that already arrive cooked at restaurants. This way they only need to heat them.
