Like many large retail chains, German supermarkets have selected for their winery some interesting bottles that make up the best Aldi wines. Of all those that we have tasted and that can be bought, in this article we recommend some that, in our opinion, stand out for one reason or another. Some of them market them in exclusive the German chain and originate from some great wineries in Spain. Discover them below!

Epulum Crianza 2017

A red wine from the Rioja Qualified Denomination of Origin is the first on our list of the best Aldi wines. Made 90% with the tempranillo variety and the remaining 10% with the mazuelo and garnacha varieties. A wine that is average or above parenting from Rioja. It has a graduation of 13,5% and an aging in oak barrels for more than twelve months.

Epulum Crianza 2017 It is a balanced wine nuanced by aging in the barrel and with a cherry color. It is a versatile wine to accompany meats of all kinds and some cooked fish. A wine made by La Catedral winery, from the Olarra winery group.

Lime and Song 2017

From the almost complete Isidro Milagro Winery in Ciudad Real We found this wine from Tierra de Castilla of the 100% Tempranillo variety. A good wine that might need to be added a few more months to the six months in oak barrels it has. Its alcoholic graduation is 13,5%.

With a balanced cherry color, it has a good mid palate. It is a very correct wine with a surprising price of € 2,7. Perfect to enjoy a good wine every day and to accompany all kinds of stews, sausages, cheeses and meats.

Elisa 2019, among the best Aldi wines

We do not leave the wines of Land of Castile to discover this wine made in a biodynamic way by the Bodegas Santa Elisa of Finca Constancia. It is made with grapes of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety following biodynamic precepts. We emphasize that it is a very balanced wine and easy on the palate, with a very good balance between acidity and tannins despite having only three months in the barrel.

It has a graduation of 13,5º and accompanies dishes of stew, meats, cheeses and sausages. Its price is € 3,5, a very good price for a biodynamic wine.

Viña Carpio Reserve 2015

This reserve wine from the Denomination of Origin Ribera del Duero is one of those that stands out among the best Aldi wines. Made with 100% Tempranillo grapes and with a graduation of 14º it is a great wine in our opinion. After spending twelve months in French and American oak barrels, it has remained bottled for two years and with a good evolution.

It is a wine with a long passage in the mouth and very balanced with a beautiful red color and aromatic presence of black fruits. A great wine to accompany meat dishes, red meat and game meat dishes, matured cheeses and strong cooked. For a price of only € 5,2 we can enjoy a good wine to accompany a good meal.

Viña Carpio Crianza 2017

One of the great Aldi crianza wines is Viña Carpio Crianza. With a twelve-month barrel aging, this Ribera del Duero achieves a very good balance on the palate. In the same way that the reserve is made with 100% Tempranillo variety. A crianza with a lot of personality, with a graduation of 14º that pairs with meat and steak dishes. A very good wine offered by the German supermarket at a price of € 3,9.

Moon kiss

If what you are looking for is a rosé wine, enter the best Aldi wines our recommendation is Moon kiss. A rosé wine from the Rioja Qualified Denomination of Origin, made with grapes of the Tempranillo and Garnacha varieties with a bright reddish color. A fruity wine where red fruits such as raspberries stand out.

Perfect to pair with fish, shellfish, white meat, pasta and oriental foods. Sabor de Luna has a graduation of 13º and a price of only € 2,2.
