La Legua Capricho is the signature wine of Bodegas La Legua

It is a wine from one of the best and oldest plots. Located at an altitude of 750 meters and with a maximum yield of 3.000 kg / Ha. The harvest is carried out in boxes of 20 kg to later make a selection. This is manual and the bunches, separated one by one on a selection belt in the cellar. Selection carried out only by family members and supervised by the Technical Director / Winemaker.

All this reflects in the wine the quality sought at all times by the winery. Also the family nature of it. It is a wine that is made only in exceptional vintages, with a very limited production.

Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures. After it, it spends 24 months of aging in French oak barrels. Finally, after bottling, rest in the bottle bedroom of our underground cellar.

It dates back more than 300 years, with a constant temperature and humidity naturally throughout the year. Until its subsequent labeling and commercialization. The vintage 2014, awarded a gold medal at the awards Bacchus 2018, has a limited production of 2.000 bottles.
