The bluefin tuna fishing season is coming and to celebrate it in a big way, the Cadiz towns of Conil, Barbate, Tarifa and Zahara de los Atunes, celebrate a tradition with more than 3.000 years of history.
All the towns in the area celebrate at this time show coookings, tapas routes, photo contests, to celebrate this tradition that began with the Phoenicians on the Cadiz coast and is maintained in an artisanal way to this day.
