During the Carnival party in Zafra (Badajoz), on Sunday the traditional Bacchanal de la Grasa is celebrated, where everyone tastes the typical products of the Iberian pig.

La Bacchanal de la Grasa is the biggest day of the Zafra carnivals. From early in the morning, the residents of Zafra and many visitors take the porticoed squares of the city to taste the rich products of the Iberian pig that Extremadura of Spain offers to the world, conveniently watered with local wines. Under its arcades, both squares host sausages, sausages, loins and the embers to grill ribs, chops and meats. And people, drink by drink, bite by bite, come to a comradery with neighbors and outsiders worthy of praise.
