We spoke with Alfonso Rivillas, from the company Riska Liquors. Alfonso tells us about the history and trajectory of the family company. Riska based in Andújar (Jaén) produces liqueurs with and without alcohol. From the most classic such as anise and orujo to the most modern daring proposals such as Tequila with strawberry, premium gins and non-alcoholic liqueurs.
