To prepare this delicious drink you need 80 gr of coffee, ice, orange peel, coffee beans, 100g of sugar, 100g of water and a sprig of rosemary. Once the ingredients are gathered, follow these steps:

  • ​Step 1. Prepare the coffee and let it cool.
  • Step 2:. Prepare the rosemary syrup, separately: In a small saucepan add the sugar, water and rosemary. Then bring it to a boil for four minutes. Strain it and let it cool.
  • Step 3. Pour the coffee into the French Press coffee maker, add four tablespoons of rosemary syrup and emulsify vigorously until creamy.
  • Step 4. Add a couple of ice cubes to a glass, and pour the coffee.
  • Step 5. To finish, decorate the drink with the orange peel.
