A product that is increasingly in demand by the market. The lemon presented by the Ciqua Levante company is called Silkroad and its genetic origin is of the Fina variety. The Fina variety stands out for being a very productive variety. In the case of Silkroad, its harvest will also be somewhat earlier than the variety of origin, it is equally productive and it does not have the typical collar of some lemon varieties.
Silkroad, in addition to not having seeds, contains a large amount of juice that ranges between 25% and 45% with a high degree of acidity. In addition, its yellow color acquires it quickly, losing the green color that commercially slows down the consumer.

This lemon tree is a tree with high vigor and very productive already in the first years of cultivation. They assure that the second year they can produce up to 20 kg per tree if the conditions are propitious.
Silkroad harvesting begins in September, with the peak of production in October. Its production is medium in size and the fruits are rounded and symmetrical. Its skin is fine and smooth, which gives it a very good commercial appearance.
