Vienna Capellanes signs Heura

Vienna Chaplains launches a line of vegan products from the hand of Ivy. We have previously discussed the success company dedicated to 100% vegetable food. "The growing consumer interest in plant-based diets, increased awareness of animal rights or the search for more sustainable sources of protein” are some of the factors that have led the Madrid-based company to take this new step. What can the collaboration between Vienna Chaplains y Ivy?

Close collaboration between Viena Capellanes and Heura

Antonio Lence, General Director of Vienna Capellanes, has explained his concern for the vegan public. He maintains that for years they have searched, without results, for new sources of protein of non-animal origin, “more sustainable and that guarantee the quality standards of Viena Capellanes”. “However, Heura's approach to developing products of this type, with a longer shelf life, better texture and aroma, and a better nutritional profile, has fit perfectly with our vision”.

The new range of products Vienna & Heura, under the motto “You will not believe that it is 100% vegetable”, seeks to "demonstrate that vegan and tasty are two concepts that can be more united than ever". In addition, they arrive after the launch of a Heura product that aims high: the choriburger. The choriburger is made from Soy protein, is suitable for celiac and Provides a high content of Vitamin B12 y fiber. It is an interesting alternative because it contains 56,5% less fat and 25% less saturated fat than pork chorizo.
