Koji whiskey, its passionate story
Based on the research of Dr. Jokichi Takamine, it has been possible to make a whiskey using koji. The promoters have been the Americans Christopher Pellegrini and Stephen Lyman together with the Shinozaki distillery in Fukuoka, in the south of Japan.
