Another notable person is barman Gorka Narciso Lerchundi, winner of the eleventh National Pomace Panizo Cocktail Contest. Of the 90 finalists in the fifteen different categories, only three have managed to win in each of the fifteen categories. As if that were not enough, the attendees have been able to taste them in the Cheese Tunnel.

Innovations

On the other hand, the International Patent for frozen fruit and vegetables that are kept and consumed as fresh by La Unión Long Fresh, has won the Innovation award. In addition, the dark chocolate with peaches from Calanda and macadamia nuts from Belenguer 1928 won the presentation award. Meanwhile, Gold Chef by Manetti's 24 kt edible gold leaf is proclaimed the winner of the Versatility Award.

Organic product

Lastly, the award for best organic product has gone to the 100% organic gin from Ada organic Gin London Dry. It has a triple distillation with red fruits and has the predominance of wild strawberry.
