This is a historic cava, the first long-aged cava that the winery brings to the market. After almost fifty harvests, it launches the brand new organic vintage. In commemoration, it is presented in an exclusive case, ideal to give to wine lovers on any occasion and, especially, during these Christmas holidays.
Great Juvé & Camps 2015 it's a cava Great Reserve Brut made from a selection of the best organic grapes. Specifically, it is made with the Xarel lo, Macabeo, Parellada and Chardonnay varieties from the property of espiels, one of the most illustrious vineyards of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, in the Penedès. Its long upbringing, 42 months, is much higher than the requirements of the Regulatory Council for Large Reserves. All this makes it perfect to enjoy on any occasion, especially praising meals.
In this digging that maintains the youth from the first impression, as it shows an attractive color golden with pale hues. With penetrating aromas of white flowers and fleshy fruits, it grows in complexity with time in the glass, giving way to toasted and honey notes. In the mouth is intense, suggestive and seductive, caresses with its effervescence and lets you perceive its creamy, unctuous and persistent texture.
