The Vía Augusta Fair wants to be the showcase for the agri-food artisans of the Veguería del Penedès. In ancient times this road - one of the main ones of the Roman Empire - united peoples and fostered communication between them. It was also used to exchange goods and make themselves known.
This exhibition was born with the desire to promote the products of the L'Alt Penedès region. You can taste quality wines and cavas, and other local items such as cheeses, oils, sausages, bread, honey, herbs, liqueurs, cookies, must, mushrooms, jams, etc. In addition, it has a space for crafts.
A series of free activities for children and exhibitions of all kinds, tastings and shows, as well as a restaurant area for breakfast and lunch complement the day.
