After being named the best restaurant in Latin America, the Central restaurant by chef Virgilio Martínez has won the award for best restaurant in the world. The prize has been delivered in the The World's Best 50 Restaurants this past Tuesday at the Palacio de las Artes in Valencia (Spain).
