Collaboration with Ponte da Boga

Going into more details, some 400 kilograms of grapes have served for the Grape Ale 12, after the previous task of destemming and squeezing the grains. Six red varieties along with six other white varieties have been used to accompany the hop of the variety Hallertau Blanc, of German origin. This brings an interesting fruity aroma to the final product. The elaboration begins when the crushed grapes to said brewer's wort until the end of the boil.
