Only then can the Galician company give you its exclusive touch to this drink Pilsen malt that has been integrated for 24 hours. Inside of the San Simón da Costa cheese smoker (from the traditional Queixeria Prestes), the result has been a success in the Bidueira. It has a copper color to the naked eye and a crown of beige foam while giving off an intense aroma of smoked malts. It ends with notes reminiscent of wood, the candy and coffee. In the mouth, its bitterness stands out but with that continued smoky flavor after drinking it.
