Ripe banana cake

I am not lying to you if I tell you that the cakes with fruit are the richest and juiciest, with a touch of delicious flavor as is the case with this one. banana and chocolate cake, that conquered me from the first moment I tried it. I always say that nothing should be wasted, let alone throw food away. This recipe follows this premise to the letter, and it is that it is made con very ripe bananas (those that you usually throw away because they stay brown and "soft").

We need a  typical cake mold, of about 30 cm, (it arrives for enough rations). If you want to use another type of mold, adjust the cooking time since depending on how high the dough is, the cake will need more or less time in the oven.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs size M
  • White sugar150 g
  • Brown sugar 50 g
  • Butter 130 g
  • 1 natural yogurt 
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • Wheat 270 g
  • Pure cocoa powder 30 g
  • Chemical yeast (1 sachet)

The first thing will be to preheat oven at 180ºC with heat top down with air. Beat the eggs with the sugar until a whitish cream is formed. Now add the liquid ingredients: the warm melted butter while we continue beating, the yogurt and the mashed bananas.

Add the flour together with the sifted cocoa powder so that there are no lumps. we mix gently mix up obtain a homogeneous mass. Pour the mixture into the cake pan greased with butter and flour.

Bake for about 40 minutes or so.Let's remember that this depends on the size of the mold and the power of the oven. Remove from the oven, leave the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, unmold and wait for it to cool. Easy, fast and a delicious recipe with which you will surprise everyone.
