New qualification for the 2016 vintage in the DO Galician Rías Baixas. It was during a meal held today in Madrid with specialized media. The president of the Regulatory Council of the Denomination of Origin Rías Baixas, Gil de Araujo has assured the following:
"These wines from the 2016 Vintage have a good aromatic intensity. Highlighting ripe fruits, elegant citrus and white flower. In the mouth, it is a mature vintage, which maintains its freshness thanks to its good level of tartaric acid and a good alcohol content "
For this reason, the harvest has been qualified by the plenary session as "Excellent".

The year 2016 was atypical in terms of meteorology in Galicia, something that the president also explained.
