Alta Alella Mirgin is committed to quality

The winery of the DO Alella has announced that its range of cavas Alta Alella Mirgin will be 100% Gran Reserva y Cava of Qualified Area. Founded in 1991 by the family Pujol-Busquets, now wants to focus on producing bottles of ecological wine, while also lengthening the aging of its elaborations. Alta Alella Mirgin has invested three million euros andn the acquisition of 30 ecological hectares. Vineyards with more than 60 years have been recovered and planting traditional varieties such as Pansa Blanca and Mataró. The entire vineyard of the winery is organic from its origin. The winery dedicates a large part of its efforts to I + D + i. Currently, he is working on the selection, within the traditional varieties, of naturally hardy plants to diseases and fully adapted to the environment.
