You can also find nationally renowned cheeses such as Arzua Ulloa, which is one of the most popular in Galicia and has DO Alcampo sells it under the name of Auchan Selection, and the 500 gram piece costs 5 euros. In this line we can find others such as the San Simón de Costa PDO cheese -29 grams for 550'7-. Prices in this case, as is evident, rise; as it is a selection of perhaps more "gourmet" products from some Spanish territories. 

And what about the frescoes?

If what you are looking for is a fresh cheese, the variety in To field it is extensive. The Great Cardinal, among the semi-cured 

Alcampo has on its shelves the range of cheeses of the El Gran Cardenal brand -which has won several international awards, such as the World Cheese Awards-, among which we can mention semi-cured, that you can find it in a wedge of 250 grams at 3 euros -although you can also buy the whole cheese, of about 45 grams for 750 euros-.

Due to its ripening, neither too tender nor too hard, and with an intense flavor without being strong, we can also mention the semi-cured San Vicente -4'87 euros per piece of about 700 grams-, made with cow, goat and sheep milk. And in that line of products with a special touch, there is also room for the semi-cured mixture of sheep and goat with thyme The Pastor of Campo Real.

The best cured Alcampo cheeses 

There are, among the aged cheeses, many of the white brand Auchan, as we already mentioned above. In fact, the supermarket chain has a selection called Auchan Gourmet in which the aged mixed cheese is found; 200 grams, this wedge is for 2 euros. But if we look for something a little more different, we can find others like the Sanabria cured cow and sheep mix -500 grams, 3 euros-, balanced and intense.

You can also find slightly more expensive but authentically Castilian products. ANDl boffard mix -500 grams for 7'13 euros-, it is a good option. Made with cow's and sheep's milk, it remains in the cellar for three months to obtain optimal curing.

Internationals 

Knowing a piece of the gastronomy of other countries is possible through international products. Regarding the best cheeses from Alcampo, the selection is complicated, but we can highlight the cheese Roquefort Papillon -100 grams at 2 euros-, the Camembert Le Père André -2'69 euros the piece of 250 grams- or the Sweet gouda Hollandia Royal -3 euros the piece of 200 grams-.
