Gastronomic offer in this Mycological Tapa Week
In the context of this XII edition of the Mycological Tapa Week in Soria It is a month before October which has been very good, from the weather aspect. The Rain flooded the pine groves and forests where mushrooms grow, particularly the Boletus, also known there as Miguel Sorianos. The 'hunters'of these wild products have been able to enjoy extraordinary abundance. Now, it is the turn of the chefs who are experts in mushrooms to prepare delicious dishes, which diners can taste for 2 €. In total, there will be some 43 elaborations with the mentioned white fungus.
But other species fungous will be on the menu of the entire gastronomic offer in the Mycological Tapa Week. Since the chanterelles until Thistle mushrooms or trumpets of death.
